    Great information on how to get started on a diet, and how not to get started on a diet.  I assume you will provide information on what works?  It is hard starting out figuring out that balance where you are eating the right things and not feeling the need to binge eat at times during the day.

    I totally agree about how obesity doesn’t happen overnight, and neither does its solution.  It’s so important to make it a HABIT to eat well, eat REAL food, and avoid the processed junk.  It may not be as convenient, but once you start doing it on a regular basis it becomes second nature.  You’re right about getting started too: you have to do the research.  It is overwhelming at first, but just pick a program that seems to make the most sense for where you are in life.  Doing a little is better than doing nothing.
