    Overall, the topic is encouraging for anyone who desires to lose weight, but its great information for women over 50.  you give 3 great point to focus on; 1] No Mindset=No progression, 2] Food choices, 3] Remain active. If  women over 50 takes this advice, the old adage “gaining weight is part of aging” will be a theory of the pass.  It’s a very pratical way to loss weight, as a result, allows women to reimagine that age is just a number not the end of life, but a new celebrate life.

    I have to say that finding the information on how to lose weight in general is just too confusing to me. One person says this and the other person said that and you are just bombarded with all these conflicting information. I have to say that I love your approach, you are absolutely right that it is all about the right mindset.
